Role Overview

The team is looking for a Trader Analyst who can balance client-facing communication with hands-on trading execution.

You will work at the intersection of execution trading, liquidity strategy, and client advisory, helping optimize market performance for newly launched tokens.

This role involves analyzing markets, executing trading strategies, and communicating insights with both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute post-launch trading strategies using proprietary trading tools (swing trading and liquidity provisioning)
• Monitor market structure, volatility, liquidity flows, and behavioral trading patterns
• Track market catalysts, social signals, influencers, volume spikes, and sentiment shifts
• Trade memecoins and fair-launch tokens, primarily within the Solana ecosystem
• Manage liquidity provision, position sizing, and treasury allocation
• Maintain clear communication with clients, including updates, insights, and reporting
• Produce token analysis, strategy briefs, and real-time market updates
• Track PnL, position performance, and trading metrics
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced 24/7 crypto market environment
• Collaborate closely with traders and developers to refine trading strategies and internal tools

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in trading, market making, Web3 research, or early-stage crypto markets
• Strong knowledge of Solana, memecoins, and narrative-driven trading cycles
• Understanding of liquidity dynamics, market psychology, and trading flows
• Ability to quickly analyze information and communicate insights clearly
• Comfortable working in high-speed, high-intensity environments
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Familiarity with on-chain data, blockchain explorers, and trading analytics tools
• Genuine interest in markets, data analysis, trading strategies, and crypto ecosystems
