Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Protocol Backend Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will enhance the growing set of $M Extensions projects, support partners’ technical teams, improve existing products, and create and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop automated onchain minting and cross-chain stablecoin liquidity management solutions.
• Deploy modern web applications using best practices to ensure security, compliance, security, and high availability.
• Implement monitoring and alerting systems to deliver high-uptime, low-latency user experiences.
• Mentor mid-level engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Promote engineering excellence and agile practices to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Interview Process

1. Recruiter / HR Call / Intro Call with Head of Talent
2. Hiring Manager Interview. Call w/ the CTO
3. Take Home Test. Take home technical task – usually 3-5 days to complete
4. Group Interview. Executive interview where they review the task
5. Final Interview
