Hercules (hercules.app), an AI app builder, is looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to own paid growth end to end across Google (Search/YouTube), Meta (Instagram/Facebook), TikTok, Reddit, X, LinkedIn, and more.

Who You Are

  • Performance-first and accountable: you own CAC and payback.
  • Extremely data-driven: funnels, cohorts, payback.
  • Experimentation-obsessed: rapid, structured testing across creative, audience, offer, and landing pages.
  • Creative: you bring strong angles.
  • AI-leveraged: you scale ad creation and iteration with AI tools like HeyGen.
  • Experienced in SaaS/software.

What You’ll Do

  • Own channel strategy and budgets across the platforms above.
  • Build campaign architecture (targeting, bidding, pacing, landing pages).
  • Run a creative machine: UGC-style concepts, hooks, copy, statics, and short-form video.
  • Own measurement and tracking from click to paid user, and improve attribution quality.
  • Automate ops, reporting, and analysis to move faster with less manual work.

Full-Time or Contractor?

Hercules is open to either. A contract setup can also suit you if you’re building extra income alongside other work.

Work Setup: Office or Remote?

  • Full-time: in-office in San Francisco is preferred, but Hercules is open to remote in US time zones.
  • Contractors: remote in US time zones.
