Requirements

The Deal:

1. No playbook. Write your own. If the moves were obvious we’d automate them. You’re here to invent, improvise, and break stuff that isn’t even built yet.

• Proven consumer growth experience across payments, remittance, fintech, marketplaces, or high engagement consumer apps, with clear ownership of acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and repeat usage.
• Demonstrated ability to take a product from zero to its first 1,000 users through hands on experimentation, rapid iteration, community, partnerships, social distribution, and unconventional growth tactics.
• Strong funnel and analytical thinking, with experience identifying drop off points, designing experiments, measuring conversion, and turning user behaviour into practical growth actions.
• Highly hands on operator who can work without an existing playbook, spend time in communities such as Reddit, test ideas quickly, manage growth operations, and execute directly rather than only setting strategy.
• Strong understanding of attention driven marketing and internet culture, with the judgement to create campaigns people notice and share.
