Pay Range: $28.94 – $51.83/hour (full-time)

Summary

Hiring the  Remote Call Center Nurse (Registered Nurse – RNs) to provide telephonic nurse triage and clinical support for patients and healthcare providers across the U.S. This role allows nurses to work fully remotely while making a direct impact on patient outcomes, care coordination, and access to healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic nurse triage and clinical guidance to patients

• Educate patients using best practices and standardized workflows

• Apply clinical protocols, contract guidelines, and care criteria

• Coordinate care between patients, providers, and healthcare teams

• Identify, investigate, and resolve care quality or access issues

• Support continuity of care through proactive outreach to patients and providers

• Contribute insights to improve care processes and patient satisfaction

Skills & Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or higher in Nursing

• Active, unrestricted RN license in your state of residence

• Pennsylvania RN license or Compact State license required

• Minimum 3 years of RN experience in clinical, managed care, or healthcare settings

• Strong computer skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinical triage experience (ED, Urgent Care, or ICU)

• Solid understanding of healthcare service workflows and care coordination

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
