Role Overview

You will also work closely with their design, engineering, and marketing teams to craft product enhancements in support of the metrics backing our objectives. You’ll own these features end-to-end from discovery to delivery and work with engineering teams across the platform to do it.

Key responsibilities

• Own the vision for end-to-end business objectives that span multiple engineering teams.
• Synthesize your ideas, our business goals, customer feedback, product analytics and insights gleaned from the marketing/sales teams into feature specifications.
• Work closely with the engineering and marketing teams to ensure we ship world class software that matters to our existing and future customers.
• Manage analytics instrumentation across our products and use it to make data driven product decisions.

Requirements

100% of Must-Haves need to be met:

• 4+ years product management experience with SaaS companies.
• Clear written and verbal communicator who provides straightforward, self-contained updates with necessary context in our distributed, asynchronous environment.
• Technical background strong enough to understand how our tools are used by developers.
• Strong opinions, weakly held: someone who pushes back on ideas to drive better outcomes, handles critique without defensiveness, and demonstrates a growth mindset.
• Evidence-driven mindset: uses customer feedback and our analytics instrumentation to make informed product decisions.
• Accountability: experience leading the end-to-end process for a feature from conception to release.
