People Operations (HR) Administrator
(Temporary through June 2026)
Purpose
People Operations (HR) Administrator to provide hands-on HR support in a fast-paced environment, focusing on employee file maintenance, multi-system reporting, onboarding, and HR database management. The role ensures high-quality “white-glove” service for employees and candidates, supporting up to 1,000 employees across multiple states.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain employee files for new hires and existing staff according to standards.
- Support recruitment and onboarding (references, background checks, I-9 forms).
- Manage HR databases and HRIS platforms.
- Submit and track background checks, including international checks.
- Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
- Workday experience and strong digital literacy (MS Office, Adobe).
- Knowledge of HR and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
- Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent HR experience.
- Commitment to education ethos, safeguarding, and DEIB principles.
Work Details:
Remote, full-time temporary position.
$25/hour, 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday.
Partnering with People Operations Shared Services and school leadership teams.
