Talent Management Specialist
Summary
The role supports the Talent Management team in executing enterprise talent programs, ensuring smooth performance management processes, success profile implementation, and preparation for mid-year reviews and talent cycles. The position enables effective planning and execution of key HR initiatives while promoting clarity and development across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Support Centric’s Performance Excellence program and prepare related materials and communications.
Assist in rolling out success profiles and clarifying job expectations and development paths.
Contribute to frameworks and resources for the Feedback Manager role.
Prepare guidance and resources for mid-year performance conversations.
Coordinate materials for Talent Review and Succession Planning cycles.
Track and maintain Talent Management information on internal platforms.
Support HR partners and employees with ADP performance module and review-related questions.
Minimum 2+ years in Talent Management.
Knowledge of talent programs, performance management, and HR systems (ADP preferred).
Strong project management and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
