Administrative Assistant
Summary
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support two Vice Presidents on the Product and Design teams. This role ensures leaders can focus on strategic priorities by efficiently managing schedules, meetings, events, and administrative tasks
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to two Vice Presidents.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings across time zones, and deconflict commitments.
Prepare for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and follow-ups.
Coordinate team events, offsite meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle expense reports, budgets, and ad-hoc projects.
Partner with the Leadership Support Team for cross-functional coordination.
2+ years of administrative experience.
Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and across teams in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Navan.
Professionalism, discretion, and effective conflict resolution.
Work Details
Fully remote with occasional travel as needed.
Reporting to the lead Executive Assistant on the Product Team.
Engages directly with executives and cross-functional teams to optimize operations.
Requires flexibility, responsiveness, and strong collaboration skills.
- The annual base salary ranges from $115,000 to $155,000 in CA, WA, NY, NJ, and CT, and from $102,000 to $142,000 in all other U.S. states.
- Total compensation may include equity, stipends, and full medical, dental, and vision coverage.
