Learning & Development Specialist
Summary
Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning experiences that enhance employee skills, support organizational goals, and drive performance improvement. Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and subject matter experts to create high-quality, effective learning content.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct needs assessments and develop learning programs (virtual, e-learning, microlearning, job aids).
Collaborate with SMEs to maintain and update training materials using adult learning principles.
Administer compliance training programs and track completion.
Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Maintain content in learning management systems and provide participation reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
4–6 years in learning and development and instructional design.
Experience with LMS/LXP administration.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Preferred: experience in sales training or AI-focused instructional design.
